When bathing close to shore at Karaka Bay, Wellington, on Friday evening, Leonard George Kireher, a young man of 25, had a seizure, and died. He had been in delicate health, and when the body was brought ashore artificial respiration was tried for some time without effect. A doctor’s certificate of death had been given, and no inquest will be necessary.
