“ THE MUSIC MASTER.” The screen adaptation of the old stage play ‘‘The Music Master,” will head the programme at the Town Hall on Friday evening. The story tells in dramatic scenes of an old music master who crossed the Atlantic and through a score of years sought for his stolen daughter and —vengeance. This is a most pleasing melodrama with the leading roles finely portrayed by Alec. 18. Francis, Neil Hamilton, and Lois Moran. Also screening “Slippery Silks” (Comedy), and News. Usual prices. A rip-roaring farce comedy! A laugh in every foot of celluloid. That is an apt description of “Rookies,” Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer’s new farce comedy showing at the Town Hall on Saturday. Karl Dane and George K. Arthur, two inimitable comedians, are introduced as a comedy co-starring team in the new' picture, and between them they provide a w T ealth of humorousepisodes. Usual prices.
