LABOUR SOCIAL CLUB.

At a well attended meeting last night it was decided to form a local Labour Social Club for the purpose of conducting weekly euchre tournaments, the first of which will be held in the Town Hall supper rooms at an early date. Six good prizes are to be offered consisting of two bags of sugar, two bags of coal, and two bags of flour, or open orders to the value of the prizes. In addition a special prize of two guineas will be given to any person winning 21 games out of a possible of 24 on any one night. An admission of two shillings assures everyboly of a good evening’s enjoyment, a chance to win bie- prizes, and a good supper. , _
