S.M. COURT.
MONTHLY SITTING. The usual monthly sitting of the ' local S.M. Court was held in the Courthouse yesterday, before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M. CIVIL CASES. Judgment was entered for plaintiff in dfeault in the following civil cases: — F. G. Rout v. W. Coley £2 15s Od, costs 8/-; C. Billing v. R. G. O. Reader £3 Is 4d, costs £1 13s fid; same v. C. Aldridge £3 0s Od, costs £1 5s Gd; S. Mattar v. T. Murphy £lO 0s 3d, costs £3 4s. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. J. Kennedy was ordered to pay R. E. Hart £2 10s forthwith, in default 7 days. R. Shaw was ordered to pay Cox and Co. £ll 14s Od, and costs £1 Is, forthwith, in default 14 days imprisonment, warrant suspended so long as defendant pays £1 a week. L. M. Cook was ordered to pay, Woods Motors Ltd. £8 16s 6d, and costs 15/6, forthwith, in default 7 days’ imprisonment, warrant suspended so long as defendant, pays £2 a month-
