Wellington, Last Night. Li the Legislative Council -the Tongariro National Park Amendment Bill, Kauri Gum Industry Amendment Bill, Fertilisers Bill, and Stock Amendment Bill were received from the House of Representatives and read a first time, and the two latter measures a second time pro forma and referred to the Agricultural and Stock Committee. The Police Offences Amendment Bill was passed with minor amendments. The Bankruptcy Amendment Bill and Guardianship of Infants Amendment Bill were passed.
