LIQUOR IN NO-LICENSE AREA.
Dunedin, Last Night. At Milton to-day, James Robertson Parlane, pleaded not guilty to a charge of selling liquor in a nolicence area. After hearing the evidence, the Magistrate convicted defendant, and fined him the maximum penalty of £SO. On a charge of failing to give bis correct name and address to the firm from whom he purchased liquor, Parlane was fined the maximum penalty of £2O.
