INTOXICATED MOTORISTS.
Wlcllington, Yesterday.
Two men, Richard James Thomas Cowley, painter, aged 39, and James Vipon Millican, carpenter, aged 35, came before Mr. Page, S.M., on charges of intoxicated while driving in the city. The former was fined £2O and his license was suspended for three months. The latter was fined £25 and his license was cancelled for twelve months. .
