RICHARD DIX AT CABARET.
“Paradise for Two,” Richard Dix’ newest comedy-drama, directed by Gregory La Cava, arrives at the Town Hall Cabaret on Wednesday. Dix has an especially strong supporting cast in this picture. Betty Bronson is featured as Sally Lane, the pretty little stage struck girl, who poses as his wife to help him collect a legacy of which his uncle Howard (Edmund Breese) is the trustee, Andre Beranger as Maurice, the theatrical producer lives up to his reputation of comedian de luxe. The picture was adapted from an original story written especially for the screen by Howard Emmett ' Rogers. With “Goofy Gob” (Comedy), Novelty and News. Usual Cabaret prices. On Friday a candid story “Summer Bachelors,” will head the hill. It tells of Broadway night Club life and its newly discovered type the married man who becomes a bachelor every summer holidays. Usual prices. On Saturday a big laugh special “Tin Hats” will screen at usual prices.
