POOR QUALITY WHISKEY
LICENSEE FINED,
Wlellington, August 19. A fine of £25 and costs was imposed to-day on Thomas Joseph Walsh, licensee of the Central Hotel, Otaki, over whose bar a bottle was handed to an inspector on demand and found to contain whisky of much poorer quality than the label, indicated.
