The Government Meteorologist wires 'at noon to-day as follows: —■ The indications are for southerly winds moderate to strong, squalty at times with westerly tendency soon. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Rain probable. Barometer unsteady. Seas rough, tides good.
