MARTON J.C. SPRING MEETING

OPENING OF NEW RACECOURSE AT MARTON JUNCTION.

After an absence of two years, during which time the Marton Jockey Club raced on the Feilding racecourse, and also erected new grandstands, etc., and laid down new tracks, the Marton Club will open its new racecourse with its Spring Meeting on Friday and Saturday, 2nd and 3rd September, 1927.

The full programme is advertised in the New Zealand Referee and Sporting and Dramatic Review, and nominations for all events (including Trial Plate and Novice Stakes) close on Friday, 12th August, at 9 p.m., with the secretary (Mr A. Way), at Marton.
