HENRY FORD’S BIRTHDAY.
NEW CAR MODEL ANNOUNCED. New York, July 30. Mr. Henry Ford, while celebrating his 64th birthday at Detroit, announced that a new model 4 ord car wouldi shortly take the place of the famous model “T,” of which 15,000,000 have been constructed during the last nineteen years. Salaries paid to his workers during this time totalled 1,970,000,000 dollars, and the materials purchased throughout the world for this construction totalled 4,868,000,000 dollars in value.
