THAT piece of land containing 24 perches more or less BEING part Sec. 10, Block VIII on the Plan of the Awahou Block, Township of Foxton, aforesaid BOUNDED towards the North by Sec. 11, of the said Block VIII—9I links—Towards the West by other part of the said Sec. 10 —139 links —Towards the South by Sec. 9, Block VIII aforesaid —130 links —and towards the East by Johnston St., 131.5 links BE the said measurements a little more or less SUBJECT as to both the said pieces of land to Mortgage Regd. No. 101237 to S. A. Superintendent originally securing £250 and interest. The property is situated in Johnston St., Foxton, and consists of land as above with a 5-roomed dwelling and outbuildings erected thereon. Terms: 10 per cent, on fall of hammer and balance over and above Ist mortgage within 1 month. The Mortgagee’s application containing the estimate of the value of the land may be inspected at the Office of the Registrar, Supreme Court, Palmerston North, at all reasonable times prior to the sale and a copy may be seen at the Sale Rooms at the time of sale without payment of fee.
