Sealed tenders will be received at the Chief Post Office, Palmerston North at an early date for the conveyance of mails between the un,dermentioned places in the Postal District of Palmerston North for a period of 3:} years: — Daily service, Foxton to Himatangi, thence along Bainesse Road GO chains; back to Foxton-Sanson Road, thence along Koputara Road, 2 miles 32 chains; retrace, thence along Foxton-Sanson Road to Puke Puke Road; along Puke Puke Road, 2 miles 50 chains; retrace to Fox-ton-Sanson Road and along the latter to the residence of Mr. Gray, 10 chains beyond Milner’s Line. Outward correspondence to be posted at Glen Oroua or Foxton according to place of residence of successful tenderer. 'There will be approximately 50 rural boxes on the route. The total is 281 miles.
