DRIVER. CHARGED WITH NEGLIGENCE.

Invercargill, Last Night,

At the inquest on Desmond Keith who died from a fractured skull through a motor car, driven by Andrew Moffatt, capsizing, the corner found that the fatality was caused by negligent driving at a high speed.

Moffatt, who is a member of the Australian Flying Corps, and who was on a holiday visit to his parents, was charged with negligent driving and with causing the death of Keith. He was remanded for a week.
