“In the lace of all the recently published prospectuses, are you going to plead poverty?” enquired Mr Justice Fraser of Mr B. L. Hammond at the Arbitration Court this morning when the question of the-ability of the fiaxmilling industry pay higher wages was under consideration.
Mr Hammond: Yes. His Honour: Well, I am glad I didn’t bite.
Mr W. Bromley (agent for the employees) : We say that in this respect the employers are not misleading flic public.
