FINDING OF COURT MARTIAL. Hinvera, This Day. Guilty on all charges was the finding of the military court martial which, heard allegations against Staff-Sergt. Major Warrant Officer (first class) 0. S. Mahoney. Sentence was as follows: To be reduced to the rank of Staff-Sergt. Major Warrant Officer (second class) and to take rank and precedence as if the appointment bore the date of Mav 23.
