S.M. COURT
MONTHLY SITTING. The usual monthly sitting of the loeal S.M. Court was held in the Courthouse yesterday before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M. BREACH OF BY-LAW'S. For driving a car at an excessive pace in Main Street on the night of May 18th, H. G. R. Goldingham was convicted and fined £3 with 5 costs 13/-. CIVIL CASES. Judgment was given for plaintiff in the following civil undefended case: —G. F. Smith v. J. O’Reilly, claim £2 7.s fid, costs £1 3s fid. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. M. Holland was ordered to pay E. Wanklyu forthwith £8 8s plus costs 15/(J, in default seven days’ imprisonment, warrant suspended as long as defendant pays 10/- per month, first payment Bth July, 1027. W. Aldridge jnr., was ordered to pay the Foxton Borough Council the sum of £9 13s lid, costs 15/C, forthwith, in default seven days’ imprisonment. Ilori George was ordered to pay H. B. Crcsswell £1 3s, forthwith, in default four days’ imprisonment. Hori George was also ordered to pay E. A. Parr, £0 12s sd, costs 15/0, forthwith,, in default seven days’ imprisonment.
