HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner’s cablegram, dated the 3rd inst.,»reads: — Hemp, all markets quiet, but steady. Manila A grade, May-July shipments quoted at £43 10s sellers. Sisal No. 1, Tanganyika June-Au-gust shipments £37 15s. New Zealand market unchanged at about last quotations.
