Mr. J. Linklater, M.P., has returned from an enjoyable _ trip to the Islands. i,x TJie friends of Mr. Len Smith will be pleased to learn that r the condition of his health is reported to be slightly improved to-day. Among the visitors to Foxton yesterday were Messrs J. A. Nash and Linklater M’s.P., A. J. Graham (Mayor of Palmerston North) and J. A* Perritt, of Sanson.
