TENNIS DANCE.
On Thursday night the Foxton Tennis Club held a successful ball in the Town Hall. Visitors were present from all parts of the district. The hall and supper-room wore artistically decorated with blue and gold streamers and balloons and presented a very pretty and animated scene with the many handsome frocks of the womenfolk. The supper arrangements were in the hands of the committee and were carried out excellently. The ball was a social and financial success.
