Dr. Frazer was a visitor to Foxton yesterday.

Tuesday (pas the second anniversary of tlie death of the Right Hon. W. F. Massey, and a visit was paid to his last resting place on Point Halswell by a party of between 60 and 70, which included all the Ministers of the Crown who were in Wellington, besides many others who had been associated with the late Prime Minister and his work. Three wreaths were laid on the tomb, one from the Government, one from the Ministers of the Crown and the other from the N.Z. Political Reform League and the Wellington Branch of the Women’s (Political Reform League.
