lIAR VEST THANKSGIVING SERVICES.
Harvest thanksgiving services and free-will offerings in connection with (he local Presbyterian Church were held on Sunday. The interior of the church was very tastefully derorated and a display of fruit, vegetables, etc., were arranged in front of the pulpit. The attendances, particularly at the evening service, were very good. The services were conducted by Mr. Nicholas and together with the service of praise, were appropriate to the occasion. The freewill offerings totolled £53 and the sale of produce la.st night realised a further £4 bringing the total, up to £57. An anonymous donor has offered to supplement the amount by £5 if £OO is reached.
