Three charges of unlawfully using an instrument on March 3 and April 9, 1925, and June 8, 1926, were preferred against Hannah Matilda Dalton, aged 54, in the Auckland Magistrate’s Court on Thursday. After evidence had been heard accused pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial.
