FOXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. I hereby give notice that the following resolution was passed by the Foxton Borough Council on Monday the 14th day of March 1927, and will be submitted for confirmation on Monday the 11th day of April, 1927. That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 333 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1920 and Section 16 of the Local Bodies Loans Act 1913, the Foxton Borough Council hereby resolves, by way of special order, as follows: — That for the purpose of erecting a Worker’s Dwelling the Foxton Borough Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of eight hundred pounds (£800) at six per centum per annum for a period of ten years.
