CHICAGO, March 7Upon receipt of a report that Senor Manuel Tellez, the Mexican Ambassador. had been recalled from Washington upon the request of the United States Government, wheat dealers saw a chance of a war and high prices. Later on Washington denied that it had asked Senor Tellez to go home, and President Calles finally announced that his ambassador was hurrying to Mexico City to see his sick baby.
