LOSS OF MEMORY

FIVE DAYS IN THE BOSH. Taihape, March 15. On Thursday last a young man, James Hodges, mysteriously disappeared from a sawmill camp sixteen miles from Taihape. The police have been scouring the country unsuccessfully and had given up hope of finding him. This afternoon Hodges walked into the camp in a disheveled and exhausted condition. From an incoherent statement he made, it appeared that he lost his memory, wandered in the back country and stumbled on the camp. Hodges is a physical culturist, 25 years old. His relations live in Auckland.
