“THE LUCKY LADY." Almost half the action of “The Lucky Lady," the leading film at the Town Hall Cabaret to-morrow evening, lakes place in the famous gambling Casino at Monte Carlo. The story tells in an exciting and amusing manner of a titled lady, who, in order to prevent her marriage to a. man she does not love, masquerades so that, lie will break the engagement. A specially lino cast plays Ihe story, such names as Greta Nisscn, Lionel Barrymore, and Marc McDermott, especially catching the eye in the cast of characters. Other pictures are “Ashbridge Castle,” a cartoon and the latest News. Usual Cabaret prices. On Friday evening the Wellington Artillery Band will give a recital in conjunction with Friday night’s picture. “A trip to 'Chinatown” is screened on Friday next, those present will have the opportunity of witnessing one 1 of the most amusing five reel comedies yet screened. Earle Foxc (of Van,Bibber fame), Margaret Livingstone,.and J. Farid McDonald are all prominent in the tale of a'.frisky grandpa, a merry widow, and a millionaire enjoying bad health —all mixed up in a Chinese puzzle of screaming situations. Buster Keatons now famous success “Battling Butler,” has been hooked for Saturday next. This is a knockout comedy of the prize-ring, overweight with laugh hits. Prices as usual.
