TREAS USER'S. STA TEMENT.
The treasurer reported as follows at last night’s meeting of the Borough Council: — During the month of December the sum of £1690 17s 6d was received and banked as follows: —District Fund Account £1645 Os Od. Roads and Streets (No. 3 Loan Account, £2l 17s 6d., Cemetery Account £24.
The Ledger balances at the 31st December were as follows: —Accounts at debit totalled .£251 B.s 9d, and were made up as follows: —Imprest cash £lO, gasworks £lO6 15s 3d, Town Hall Pictures £134 13s 6d.
The accounts at credit were: Cemetery £142 19s 2d, drainage construction loan £142 16s 9d, general £528 18s sd, hospital and charitable aid £7O 4s 4d, interest £124 Is sd, library £ll7 7s lOd, reserves £125 18s 3d, ' roads and strotls, Xo. 3, £3069 7s Gd, Town Hall Account £94 6s lOd, Town Hall No. 2 £2198 3s Od, waterworks £260 14s 9d.
