THOSE WEARY FEET
Strenuous walkers and indefatigable dancers alike may be glad to hear of the simple treatment recommended to me by my good friend—the village postman! He got the “recipe” from a doctor, and it has served him well. l£ou must make it a bi-weekly rule to bathe the tired feet in hot water, to which you have added a couple of tablespoonsful of ordinary common salt. When thoroughly dry, rub the soles of the feet very gently with a smooth piece of pumice-stone. You should do this part of the business>systematically for some minutes. Use the salt-water solution only twice a week, but the pumice stone every night. It brings immediate relief, and you will suffer no more tortures from those overworked feet.
