FIRE AT THE BEACH.

A dwelling owned by Messrs Dustin’s, Ltd., and situated next to Mr Wishart’s late residence at the Beach, was destroyed by lire early on Friday morning. Particulars are not available, but it is understood that a carpenter was working on the building, effecting some repairs. He was in the habit of cooking bis meals in the bach, and sleeping in another dwelling near by. On Friday morning he woke up to find the building lie had been working on destroyed by fire.
