IN DIVORCE.
PETITIONS HEARD. Divorce petitions were heard by Ilis Honour Mr Justice Reed in the Palmerston N. Supreme Court on Saturday. Adeline Nellie Bull, of Dannevirko, petitioned for the dissolution of her marriage with Ernest Alfred Bull, baker, of Dannevirke, on the ground of adultery with Greta Lillian Morley, married woman, of Dannevirke. A decree nisi, to be moved absolute at the expiration of three calendar months, was granted, petitioner being given interim custody of the children. Eileen Dorothy Couzens, of Wellington, who petitioned on the ground of alleged separation, against Horace Wilfred Couzens, chef of Marlon, was granted a decree nisi io be made absolute at the end ol: three months. Adultery was the ground of the application of Percy John G. Hopkins, labourer, of Mastcrton, against Violet Rose Hopkins, of Masterton, Thomas Frederick Morton, mechanic of Masterton being cited as co-respondent. A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute in three months, cost being entered against co-respondent on the lowest scale. Annie Walsh, of Levin, was granted a decree nisi on her petition for dissolution of her marriage with George James Walsh, of Levin, on the ground of non-compliance with an order for restitution of conjugal rights. A decree absolute was granted in Hie ease of David Walter Barclay, of Dannevirke, v Te Aroha Ivuiti Barclay respondent, and 'faora Tawhi, corespondent. RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHTS. That bis wife left him in April 1025, and had not returned, was the evidence of Joseph Cheney Hindmarsh Bolton, farmer, of Woodville, who secured an order for restitution of conjugal rights in respect to Jessie Lockett Bolton, of Lower Ilutt.
