DAYLIGHT SAVING.
NOT WANTED BY FARMERS’ UNION. . Dunedin, Yesterday. At the Farmers’ Union Executive meeting to-day the President j.Mr J. Preston) drew attention to an incorrect report by telegraph, which stated that the Dominion Executive had asked members to organise propaganda in support of the Daylight Saving Bill. This was not so. It had been decided to ask members to formulate reasons against it, as the Executive was opposed to it.
