THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist \yires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for westerly winds, strong to gale and backing by west to south. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Heavy rain, is to he expected. The barometer has a falling tendency but rising soon. Seas heavy, tides good.
