BOROUGH FINANCE.
TREASURER’S STATEMENT
The Treasurer reported as follows at last night’s meeting of the Foxton Borough Council:— During the month of September the sum of £1,186 18s lid was received and banked as follows: — District Fund Account £477 8s sd, cemetery account £1 2s 6d, drainage construction loan account £8 8s town hall No. 2 £7OO.
The ledger balances at the 30th September were as follows: —Accounts at debit totalled £778 5s sd, and were made up as follows: Imprest cash £lO, gaswork £lB3 4s 3d, interest £6l, town hall pictures £B3 12s 4d> waterworks £440 8s 7d.
The accounts at credit were: Cemetery £126 14s lid, drainage construction loan £209 9s 6d, general £546 10s Bd, hospital and charitable aid £lB 13s, library £127 9s, reserves £99 18s 3d, roads and streets No. 3 £3,927 13s 7d, town hall £147 19s 9d, town hall No. 2 £6,335 18s lOd.
