CAUGHT BY SHAFTING.
Greymouth, October 8. Albert A. Baum, aged 45, employed at the Dispatch Foundry Co. was admitted to the hospital suffering from a broken leg and bruises on his body. His clothes became entangled in shafting. His condition is serious.
