MAGISTERIAL CHANGES.
Changes in the Magistracy were announced by the (Minister of Justice (the Hon. F. J. Rolleston) on Thursday, as follows; —■ Mr H . Y. Widdowson, Senior Magistrate at Christchurch, will retire at the end of October, and will be succeeded by Mr Ht A. Young, second Magistrate at Christchurch.
Mi; E. D. Mosley, S.M. at Timaru, will transfer to Christchurch, and AH C. R. Orr-Walker, . S.M., will replace Air Alosley at Timaru. The changes are to take effect as soon as possible after November Ist. .
