ENTERTAINMENTS.
“WHAT HAPPENED TO JONES.”
“What Happened to Jones” will be screened at the Royal Theatre to-night. The funniest picture of the year is here. Not because we say so, but because audiences everywhere in cities, big or small, with people simple and sophisticated, have roared themselves hoarse and gigled themselves blue over it. Marion Davies appears in the piquant and adorable role of “Pat” O'Day in the Cosmopolitan picture, “Little Old New York,” adapted to the screen from the stage success by Rida Johnson Young, pnd to be screened at the Royal on Monday. In this picture “Pat” O’Day disguises herself as her own brother in order to gain an inheritance left him by a wealthy uncle.
BUCK JONES IN A FINE PICTURE.
