Despite counter- attractions, there was a fair attendance of the public, and 1 the game was very evenly contested throughout. The visitors won by 4to 3. Miss Madge Patterson netted two goals, and Miss Henskie one, for Fox ton. The game was controlled by Mr Clarke. The visitors were subsequently entertained to afternoon tea by the locals.
