ROYAL PICTURES.
A picture you will like is “The Denial,” a Hobart Henley production for Metro Goldwyn, which is to be screened at the Royal Theatre to-morrow night. It is laid both in the present day and in the last years of the 19t.1i .century, a period which some of us can still remember, and it is a story of the danger of parents interfering in the love affairs of their children. William Haines, Bert Roach, Lucille Ricksen, Edward Connelly and Robert, Agncw are starred. Extra “Wolves of the North.”
On Saturday “Under Western Skies” will be screened. A really line production. The competition for the “Samson of the Circus” bicycle will be drawn at this performance. “THE ROAD TO GLORY.” Chance, the great unseen, yet allpowerful element in human lives, furnishes tliolmotive far “Ihc Road to Glory,” the dramatic, version of Howard Hawk’s original story which comes to the Town Hall on Friday and Saturday. It is chance Ihal causes Judith Allen to take one road when another beckoned, resulting in an accident which helps to change her from a happy spirited girl to a blind hitter agnostic. It is chance that guides her into the crimson paths and it is chance who restores to her the sweetheart she had cast aside and brings back her faith. May MeAvoy, Kockliffe Fellowes and Ford Sterling have the prominent roles. Also comedy, novelty, and Fox News. Prices as usual. On Monday “The Redeeming Sin” will be screened.
