THE WEATHER
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— Indications are for south-easter-ly winds, moderate to styong, and backing by east to north. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather and milder soon. Barometer has a rising tendency, temporarily. Seas moderate, tides low.
