1 British handcuffs are becoming so popular all over the world that there is quite a boom in their manufacture. Made entirely of metal, an aeroplane to carry 50 passengers is being designed for the use of the Royal Air Force. The world spends £40,000,000 a year for matches, seven for each l person being the average daily consumption.
