REFLECTORS ON “BIKES.”
An amendment .of the Lights on Vehicles Act provides that the principal Act shall not apply to motorvehiclys that are for the time being subject to regulations as to lighting made under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1924. It is made an offence punishable by a fine of £1 for bicycles not to, be eqnippec]. with rear red reflectors.
