Mr W. Howe is endeavouring to arouse interest -in tbe resuscitation of cricket in Foxlon. Time ' was when Foxton possessed a first-class club but of late years interest in this grand old summer game has waned. An advertisement appears elsewhere in this issue calling a public meeting to discuss llie matter.
