S.M. COURT.
The usual monthly sitting of the S.M. Court was held in the Courthouse yesterday before Messrs .T. K. Horn blow and D. Rt Ogilvy> J’s.P. . For rifting ft bicycle within the borough ' after sunset without a light, T .C. Barnett, and R. McEwen were each fined 5/- with costs 7/-. W. McD. Wilson and E. Saveli for riding cycles on footpaths within the borough were each fined 5/witli costs 7/-. , •Judgment was given for plaintiff in the following civil undefended case:—Smjth & Starkie v. G. Terry, claim £7, costs 19/-.
