OBITUARY.
WILLIAM LANGLEY, AGED 24 YEARS. It is with regret that we record the death of William Langley which occurred at Hastings on Tuesday last, aged 24 years and 8 months. Deceased was the son of the late Mr' L. A. Langley and was horn and educated at Foxton. Many years ago lie contracted paralysis and for some time, was an inmate of the Palmerston Hospital and underwent. treatment at Rotorua, but did not regain the use of his legs. Despite his infirmity. Willie was beloved by all who knew him or came in contact with him. His old school chums will regret his passing. Last week he was sent to Hastings to undergo a special course of treatment, hut fell a victim tp diabetes before undergoing the course. We join with the Foxton public in extending our heartfelt sympathy to his mother, brothers and sisters. The interment took place at Hastings.
