NO VISIBLE MEANS OF SUPPORT.

At the local police court yesterday morning, before Mr. J- K. Homblow, J.P., Marin Kelly was charged by the police with having no visible means of support. Accused pleaded guilty. Constable Owen said the accused had been knocking about the town and sleeping in outhouses. In answer to the Bench, accused saed ha he had been employed at a fiaxiuill at Moutoa, but at present was out of work. Accused was convicted and ordered to leave the town forthwith.
