Commissioner R. Hoggard, Territorial Commander of the Salvation Army in New Zealand, has received orders to leave the Dominion and proceed to England prior to taking up a new appointment, the locality of which is not stated. His successor will be Commissioner James Ha.y, lately commander in South Africa, and now on furlough in Sydney.
