THE WEATHER
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: The indications are for freshening northerly winds, strong to gale, after about twenty-four hours. The weather will probably prove thick and foggy with increasing haze and cloudiness for an unfavourable change in the weather. Barometer falling shortly, seas moderate, tides moderate, seas increasing.
