OTAKI COTTAGE HOSPITAL.
All the contributing bodies, other than those with the Horowhenua County (Shannon, Levin and Otaki), have protested against the Otaki cottage hospital being made a charge on the Palmerston Hospital district. The protests will be forwarded to the Minister for Health. The contributing bodies objecting are : Kairanga, Manawatu, Iviwitea and Oroua County Councils, Palmerston, Feilding and Foxton boroughs, and Rongotea Town Bard.
